Premier Wireless Solutions has a network of professional sales personnel across the major markets in North America. Our Sales Engineers work with our customers to recommend and provide them with the necessary hardware platforms, design and certification service and cellular network connectivity to facilitate successful deployment of their wireless systems.

Management Team

Our Management team combines over 45 years of experience in Technical Sales and Distribution of complex Components and Systems.

Vince Giacomini, CEO, BSEE degree, Penn State University and MBA Santa Clara, University. Vince has over 25 years of success in Semiconductor and Wireless Component sales and distribution representing companies including Texas Instruments, Alcatel, LSI Logic, Siemens, Cypress Semiconductor, Digital Equipment Corp., Silicon Image and many others. He was instrumental in developing markets for many start-up companies in Silicon Valley enabling successful IPO’s for them. Vince was principal owner in Premier Technical Sales and Premier Components Distribution, a national rep and distributor for 20 years.

John Shoemaker, CFO, BA Economics, Penn State University. John’s experience includes Management positions at Plaza Bank, US Bank and Bank of Milpitas. He then transitioned into Controller positions for Silicon Valley based companies in construction and manufacturing and has been with Premier Technical Sales and Premier Components Distribution for the last 10 years prior to PWS.

Michaela Gifford, Co-CFO, BS Business Administration, Stockholm University; MBA Finance, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Michaela was most recently the Director of Strategy and Financial Planning for Nikko AM, a leading Asian asset management company, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to this, Michaela has worked across a wide range of industries and roles in finance, strategy and business analytics in Europe and Japan.

Gregg Peterson, CTO Gregg is PWS’ Chief Architect whose experience in networking and data communications spans over 27 years in various Management & Engineering roles. His experience is derived from a blend of large companies and startups such as: Bank of America, Ascend Communications, Berkeley Networks, Fore Systems, Netiverse and Cisco Systems. Gregg’s ability in technology foresight from IDSN/ADSL, Gigabit Ethernet, and Content Based Routing to today’s Cloud Based Networking has shown a proven track record for success.

Stephen Smith, COO, BSCS in Software Engineering University of the Pacific, MBA Santa Clara University. Steve has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry as a software engineer and marketing expert. He has been the VP of Marketing at 3Com (9years), VP of Marketing at Cisco (4 years) and VP of Marketing at Broadband wireless, a start-up acquired by Cisco in 1998 (3 years).

Regional Sales Engineers

Our sales professionals are either Engineering Majors or have many years of experience in electronics and wireless communications. They are trained regularly on our products and services to enable them to become valuable resources for our customers.

Our Sales Engineers have become trusted advisors to our customers and potential customers for all their wireless needs. They work with customers from concept to deployment and beyond.

Application Engineers

In addition to our Sales Engineers, we have dedicated Applications Engineers to assist our customers with hardware and software integration, as well as connectivity on cellular networks. Our Applications Engineers are factory trained on all products and development platforms in order to support our customers with up-to-date drivers, hardware and software integration and development platforms.

Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service staff has over 20 years of experience in supporting our customers and assisting them with their fulfillment and logistics needs. We pride ourselves on customer service and work with our customers to facilitate the best methods of supporting their business needs.
