Vince Giacomini, CEO
BSEE degree, Penn State University and MBA Santa Clara, University. Vince has over 25 years of success in Semiconductor and Wireless Component sales and distribution representing companies including Texas Instruments, Alcatel, LSI Logic, Siemens, Cypress Semiconductor, Digital Equipment Corp., Silicon Image and many others. He was instrumental in developing markets for many start-up companies in Silicon Valley enabling successful IPO’s for them. Vince was principal owner in Premier Technical Sales and Premier Components Distribution, a national rep and distributor for 20 years.
Gregg Peterson, CTO
Gregg is PWS’ Chief Architect whose experience in networking and data communications spans over 27 years in various Management & Engineering roles. His experience is derived from a blend of large companies and startups such as: Bank of America, Ascend Communications, Berkeley Networks, Fore Systems, Netiverse and Cisco Systems. Gregg’s ability in technology foresight from IDSN/ADSL, Gigabit Ethernet, and Content Based Routing to today’s Cloud Based Networking has shown a proven track record for success.
Geré Silver, Senior Controller
Geré brings extensive experience with VC backed high-tech startups. Her expertise in hardware, software, and SAAS gives her the advantage in managing growth processes. As a Controller for companies such as ViVOtech and Cyphort, Geré brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to PWS.
Mike Hoekstra, VP of Business Development
BS/MS Industrial & Operations Engineering, University of Michigan. Mike has spent the last 15 years focused on Premier Wireless in a sales capacity. Prior to Premier, Mike held several positions in manufacturing including seven years at a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive OEMs.
Roevic Garingan, VP of Business Development
Over 11 years in generating sales and building key relationships for the Wireless and IoT sector for Verizon Wireless. For the past 6 year he has been a major component in growing the services business for Premier Wireless Solutions.
Chris Mabee, Director of Engineering
BS in Computer Engineering, University of Illinois. More than 20 years of experience in hardware design, automation, and software/firmware development. Before joining PWS, Chris worked on the design and automation of design of microprocessors for LSI Logic, DEC Alpha, and Intel.
Andrew Spix, Principal Engineer
BSEE University of Washington. Full stack developer with a 20+ years of experience in hardware design, engineering management, and software development. Prior to PWS Andrew designed mobile microprocessors and managed technical teams at Intel Corporation.
